Allan Dalton is Always Super!

Allan has always been ahead of the curve. He was instrumental in bringing Realtor.com to the attention of both realtors and the public. Prior to that he developed a major real estate corporation.
Realtors have a need for specific examples of techniques to use social media to leverage their businesses, and Allan provides it. He brings his amazing training skill to this book in a way that is both motivational and educational.
Great book! We are waiting for the next one, Allan!

This book is basicly an ad for this guys web service.

More than the first half of the book is interviews of agents. They almost all sound the same!? Good filler?
But where the author really convinces me he has no experience selling Real Estate (Yes, I read your bio.) is when he states only weak agents are held back by the market conditions and or comps. He states a good agents marketing should set the price not the comps.
In the last thirty some years I have sold many houses to buyers that the appraiser came along and cut the price. I have also sold many of my listings and occasionally the appraiser made us lower our price. I work in an area of non conforming houses, hills and flats. Estate homes by much cheaper standard homes. It's very hard to comp this area, even if you know it like I do. I often fight the appraiser's to get a higher value. But I have to use comparable listings, not marketing.
I bought your book because I missed your class at the local board. I will be keeping my eye out for the next one because I am really hoping to hear the logic behind your fantasy.

Written at a graduate-degree level, which is what I am now as a graduate student in marketing, this book is superior than any other textbook that my university has recommended. Amazing level of research and collaboration.
